초록본문(Abstract) | The imperative influence of virus mutation in disease development necessitates the mathematical models, the basic viral model, for a better understanding of virus dynamics. However, given the challenges posed by limited data, applying a fundamental viral model becomes challenging. To overcome this, reduction techniques like Quasi-Steady State Approximation (QSSA) are employed to enhance computational efficiency. This study not only addresses the misuse of the existing QSSA model but also provides proper use for its accurate application. Our refined model uncovers a robust correlation between the validity condition and relative errors, reinforcing its reliability. This research may contribute to advancing our understanding of viral dynamics where data is limited. |
