초록본문(Abstract) | Recent advancements in cancer therapeutics have led to improved treatment outcomes, yet challenges persist due to tumor heterogeneity, influencing individual responses to therapy. In this presentation, we introduce pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic mathematical models to simulate tumor heterogeneity effects in anticancer treatment response prediction. By integrating stochastic agent-based models and reaction-diffusion equations, our proposed approach offers a comprehensive representation of tumor growth dynamics and drug distribution within heterogeneous tumor microenvironments. Through this modeling framework, we aim to enhance our understanding of personalized treatment responses and facilitate the development of more effective cancer therapies. |
