     How to get to the Lotte City Hotel

  • Airport Limousine Bus (No. 6005 or No. 6015)
    To get to Lotte City Hotel (main accommodation for this meeting) from Incheon International Airport, take the Airport Limousine Bus No. 6005 or No. 6015 from bus stop. It takes about 50 minutes, and you will need to get off at 'Lotte City Hotel(Gongdeok Station)' stop.

       - Bus Stop : 5B and 12A in front of the arrival terminal (see the above image)
       - Fare : 9,000 Won for one way
       - Ticketing Office : Exit 4 and 9 (Indoors), Exit 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 13 and 9C (Outdoors) 
       - Operating Hour : from 06:20am to 23:00pm 
            
  • KAL Limousine Bus 
    It takes about 50 minutes, and you will need to get off at 'Lotte City Hotel(Gongdeok Station)' stop.

       - Bus Stop : KAL Stop No.4B and 11A (1st Floor of Airport Terminal)
       - Fare : 14,000 Won for one way
        

     How to get to the Ewha Womans University

  • Airport Limousine Bus (No. 6002)
    To get to Ewha Womans University (venue) from Incheon International Airport, take the Airport Limousine Bus No. 6002 from bus stop. It takes about 60 minutes, and you will need to get off at E-Wha-Yeo-Dae (Ewha Womans University) stop.

       - Bus Stop : 5B or 12A in front of the arrival terminal (see the above image)
       - Fare : 9,000 Won (USD8) for one way
       - Ticketing Office : Exit 4, 9 (Indoors), Exit 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 13 and 9C (Outdoors) 
       - Operating Hour : from 5:30am to 23:30pm, departing every 12-15 minutes

     Transportation

  • Taxi
    Taxis can be affordable if you are traveling in Seoul. The initial fare is 2,500 won (USD2) for a gray regular taxi, and the black deluxe taxis (called 'Mo-beom' will cost more starting at the initial fare of 4,500 won (USD4). The fare should be around KRW 50,000 for a gray regular taxi or about KRW 80,000 for a black deluxe taxi. However, please be aware that the time and fare may be substantially increased due to traffic, and taxi fares increase 20% after midnight. It will take about one and a half hours to get to venue from the airport. 
     
  • Bus
    Buses are colored according to its line type: Blue, Green, Red and Yellow.
      - Blue (Main Line): Rapid inter-regional transportation. The bus fare is 900 won.
      - Green (Branch Line): Linking main lines and subway trains inside a region. The bus fare is 900 won.
      - Yellow (Circular Line): Transportation inside metropolitan sub centers. The bus fare is 500 won.
      - Red (Wide Area Line): Rapid transportation between metropolitan areas and cities in the Gyeonggi Province. 
                                         The bus fare is 1,400 won.

  • Subway
    The subway is the easiest and quickest way to get to your destination in Seoul. You can either buy a one-way ticket, or a pre-paid bus card. The basic fare begins with 800 won and increases according to distance. Most announcements signs are in both Korean and English. In addition, you can distinguish lines by their colors and numbers.
    There are 8 subway lines in Seoul, and more subway lines are under construction. To get to Ewha, take Green line number 2 and get off at 'E-dae-yeok' (stop #241), which is short for the Ewha Womans University stop.

  • Transportation card
    (T-money): T-Money can be used for public transportation on all subways that link Seoul and on every bus (both intra-city and village) that serve routes in Seoul or local districts in Gyeonggi Province and Incheon.
     
  • Long Distance Express Buses
    If you want to go on a bus trip to other provinces, you can take express buses. There are two kinds of buses - Regular and Deluxe express bus. The latter type offers better service and facility at a higher price.

       - Dong Seoul Express Bus Terminal: Subway line number 2 at the 'Gangbyeon' Stop.
     
  • Train (Railroad)
    10 minutes walk away from Ewha is a railway station called ShinChon-youk. If you want to go to the Kyounggi Province by train, this is the closest way to go. If you want to take a railway trip to other provinces more distant from Seoul, you will have to take a train from the Seoul Train Station, Yongsan Train Station or Chung-ryang-ri Train Station.
