Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat by e-mail at
kmsdmv-r@kms.or.kr.
2.
Cancellations and refunds will be subject to the following conditions:
All refunds will be processed from May 15, 2018 to September 1, 2018 for administrative reasons according to the cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on/after September 1, 2018, and cancellations after this date will not be accepted. Any registered delegate who does not submit a written cancellation notice and/or does not attend the conference is not eligible for any refund.
 
Early Bird Registration
1. If you are a KOREAN, register at the "KOREAN REGISTRATION."
2. If you are a FOREIGNER, register at the "FOREIGNERS REGISTRATION."
Invitation Letter Request
1. An INVITATION LETTER or an INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA APPLICATION is issued upon request for every registered participant of the Conference, and registration is valid only when accompanied by confirmation of payment.
2. Please click the button below and log in by entering your Registration No. and email to display and print an INVITATION LETTER or an INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA APPLICATION.
3. In order to print the INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA APPLICATION, you need to fill out the Invitation Letter Request Form and upload a copy of your passport.
