Payment Method By Credit card
- A one-night room rate will be charged to the given card by the Housing Bureau (Payment Gateway Agency: Kim's Travel Service Co., Ltd.) within one week from the day you make your reservation and the remaining balance will be charged on the second week of Sep (Sep 10-14, 2018).
- The receipt will be issued by the Housing Bureau upon request.
- A confirmation letter will be sent after the deposit is made.
By Bank transfer
- If you do not have a credit card, you should remit at least one night's room rate to the Housing Bureau within one week from the day you make your reservation and the remaining balance should be paid by the second week of Sep (Sep 10-14, 2018).
- A copy of the receipt for your bank remittance with the participant's name should be sent to the Housing Bureau by e-mail convention07@kimstravel.com
- All the bank fees / commissions / cancel fees must be covered by the participant.

Any change or cancellation requests must be made by e-mail to the Housing Bureau.
- All dates are based on Korea Standard Time (CET +8 hours).
- Refund will be made within 30 days after the congress due to administrative reasons and bank service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
