| Cancellation Policy |

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat by e-mail at amc2013@kms.or.kr. |

Cancellations and refunds will be subject to the following conditions:
All refunds will be processed from April 30, 2013 to May 31, 2013 for administrative reasons according to the cancellation policy No refunds will be given for cancellations received on/after June 1, 2013, and cancellations after this date will not be accepted.Any registered delegate who does not submit a written cancellation notice and/or does not attend the conference is not eligible for any refund.

A INVITATION LETTER or a INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA APPLICATION is issued upon request for every registered participant of the Conference, and registration is valid only when accompanied by confirmation of payment. |
