CNU(전남대), LFANT(G-BRL) Postdoctoral Fellowship (Due: Dec 31, 2024)
The Global Basic Research Lab (LFANT: Langlands Functoriality and Analytic Number Theory) at Chonnam National University in Gwangju Metropolitan City, Korea, invites applications for up to three postdoctoral positions, starting between January 2025 and August 2025.
(This grant is funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea for the period from August 2024 to April 2027, with a total funding of 13.75 billion Korean Won.)
We welcome applicants from all fields of number theory and related areas, particularly those with research aligned with the Langlands program and analytic number theory. These positions are research-focused with no teaching responsibilities.

and the Co-I's are Doyong Kwon(http://amath.jnu.ac.kr/doyong/), Yoonbok Lee(https://sites.google.com/site/leeybmath/), and Keunyoung Jeong(https://sites.google.com/site/keunyoungjeongmath/home).
Eligibility: Candidates must have completed, or be near completion of, a doctoral degree in mathematics by the start date. Applicants are expected to demonstrate strong research potential, including significant contributions from their doctoral work.
Compensation: The annual salary ranges from 48,000,000 to 60,000,000 Korean Won. We also provide some travel grants, health insurance, and retirement benefits. The initial appointment is for one year, with the possibility of renewal for an additional year based on research performance and LFANT's needs.
