개인정보취급방침(Privacy Policy)

<개인정보의 수집/이용 및 보유>

대한수학회는 회원가입, 학회 활동 및 서비스를 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.

- 수집항목 : 이름, 생년월일, 성별, 로그인ID, 이메일, 현재 소속기관정보, 자택정보, 휴대전화번호, 전공정보, 학력정보, 경력정보, 학회활동정보

- 개인정보 수집방법 : 홈페이지 회원가입

<개인정보의 파기>

대한수학회는 회원으로서의 자격이 없어지면 5일 이내에 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 파기의 절차, 기한 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

개인정보를 파기하는 경우, 아이디와 성명 등 기본적인 항목만 남기고 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보는 모두 삭제됩니다.
아이디와 성명 등의 항목을 보관하는 것은 홈페이지 등 과거 게시물의 작성자명을 확인하기 위한 용도로 이용하기 위한 것입니다.
따라서 해당 계정으로 더 이상 학회 서비스 이용이 되지 않습니다.

본 방침은 : 2012 년 12 월 03일 부터 시행됩니다.

Privacy Policy

<Collection and Use of Personal Information>
Korean Mathematical Society shall collect personal information and use it for purposes reasonably related to membership registration and activity within society.

- We collect personal information including Name, Sex, Birth Date, ID, Email Address, Current Affiliation, Mobile Phone Number, Major, Education, Experience, and Activity Within Society.
- We only collect Personal Information when you creat Membership Registration.

<Destruction of Personal Information>
Korean Mathematical Society shall destroy personal information within five days after membership rights of individual have been removed. Procedure on destruction, term, and method are as follows.

In destroying personal information, all by which may be associated with a specified person are removed except for basic information such as Name and ID. Retention of basic information is for identifying authors of online posts. The corresponding personal information hence cannot be used for any society activities.

The above policy takes effect from December 3, 2012.
